  • First of all, I’d like to thank the musicians, writers, engineers and artists who made this record with me. I’ve never laughed so hard and I’ll never forget it. I’m so lucky to be able to say that my favorite artists happen to be my best friends.

I want to thank my family [you know who you are] for their love and support through the thick and thin. Big love to the Tuesday night group and to Scott Shriner and Dave Kushner for showing me how to show up. To Pat Hummel and Jeff Pohne who have helped me more than they know. Very special thanks to Oliver Leiber for his generosity, friendship and laughs. To Elisabeth Weinstock, Michael Des Barres, the 4 Cherries and the fans for making me do this record. To Abe and Suzanne, Coleen, Rusty, Lorelei, Jeanine, David and Hunter, Wix and Margo and Brittany for their support. I love you all!

I want to thank Paul McCartney for his continuing inspiration and his generosity of time, spirit and kindness … Wow, these are the days! I would also like to thank his fine team and our rockin’ crew.

To Etta James, without whom this wild ride wound never have been the same. You found me and taught me and I love you dearly.

To Peter Burnette, Rick Chudacoff, Robbie Dupree, Reggie Knighton, Johnny Hallyday, Rita Coolidge and Mylène Farmer, John Goodwin and everyone who has shared their time and talent with me. Thank you. This one is for you, Pop!
