  1. Do you accept orders from outside the US?

    Yes, orders from all over the world are welcome! In fact, if you live in Europe your order will be shipped from Ireland. This means that you pay less for shipping and won’t have to wait too long for your order to get there.

  2. Where will my order be shipped from?

    We want your order to reach you quickly, so here’s how it works:

    If you live in Europe, your order will be shipped from Ireland and should reach you within 3-7 days, depending on what country you live in. Orders within the EU generally arrive faster.

    If you live in the US or Canada, your order will be shipped from Los Angeles, California and should reach you within 3-7 days.

    All other orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Depending on where you live, it may take up to 28 days for your order to reach you. In our experience, though, it’s usually much faster than this!

  3. How long will it take for my CD to arrive?

    Delivery times vary and depend on where you live:

    US/Canada orders: please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch date
    EU orders: please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch date
    Rest of world: please allow up to 28 days from dispatch date

    Please note that these times are only estimates.

  4. What is your returns policy?

    We hope you’ll love your purchases… but if you don’t, you are welcome to return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on CDs that have been taken out of their plastic wrap. However, if you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, we will send you a replacement.

  5. Why is my credit card being declined?

    The most likely reason is a mismatch between the address, full name or the CVV code you provided, and the address, full name or CVV code on record for the credit card billing. In other words, a typo. Double check that you’ve entered your details correctly and try again. If the problem continues, please contact your credit card company for additional information.

  6. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

    Yes, absolutely. We don’t store your credit card details on brianray.com - in fact, we don’t even see them. When you place an order you will be direct to 2Checkout.com, our authorized retailer. You will enter your credit card details on their secure servers. Everything is encrypted using SSL security, which is the standard method of encryption on the Internet.

  7. What payment methods do you accept?

    Payment is made on 2Checkout.com who accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands. You also have the option to pay with PayPal if you prefer.
