Today is a big day.. I’m playing Hyde Park, London Calling with Paul McCartney today as England is set for their match with Germany for the world cup.. A HUGE day, let’s hope for a good result. Davey Faragher and Pete Thomas will be playing today with Elvis Costello and I can’t wait to watch them rock!

Wow… What can I say?? After telling you that I played for the President and his family IN the White House is there much more that could top it for me? Ever since I was a lil nipper long ago I have loved and respected and been fascinated by the White House and it’s 11 presidents who resided there since I was born.

Hello, my friends, Just a quick word before I head out to rehearse for a show at THE WHITE HOUSE {!!!} Ok, it’s not often you get to say that, right?

I am so honored to have this opportunity to play with Paul for the President and his wife, as well as most members of the US Senate. Paul is being honored and awarded the Gershwin Award for songwriting. This is only the third time in history the award has been given and it is most deserved, isn’t it?

Hey, I’m back!

Thanks for the zillions of happy birthday wishes I received.. I truly think I have the best friend/fans anywhere. I dare anyone to show me a list of more cool and devoted followers.

It’s freezing here in London as we are about to wrap up our Good Evening tour in Dublin and London. I have some news for you all!

So, during my recent stadium tour playing with Paul McCartney, I was invited to dinner with Miami Dolphins owner, Steven Ross, and David Saltz of ABC in NYC. I suggested an idea… “just picture having a big exciting drum line on the field, pounding out a relentless rhythm at a half-time show.. but then… instead of the expected marching band of tubas, trombones, saxes and trumpets…. a big reveal.. 100 kids playing guitars…playing iconic rock riffs together in a celebration of rock and roll.”
