New video contest for “I Found You”

Ok, my friends, How about a little contest?? With the release of my new singles I want to bring you all in. I’m going to produce a video for “I Found You” that is 100% fan sourced. So, here’s what we’ll do..

Anyone who has a flip cam, an iPhone, a serious f-off mega super pixel HD camera and wants to be involved can make a video of the song… It can be of anything you think portrays “I Found You”, and any length from 30 seconds to the full 4:19.

I will have a look at ALL of your work and then I’ll edit together your ideas into a new video which will be up on YouTube and available to download here on my site. Does that sound fun, or WHAT?? Yesssss!!!

I’m looking to get it done for the release of the Limited Deluxe Edition of my CD which will be available by Monday, Aug 9th. If it goes longer than that, it’s ok.. for now that is my target.

So, for the next 2 weeks I will be accepting your video ideas.

Here’s how to enter:

  1. Record a video that portrays what “I Found You” means to you.
  2. Your video can be any length from 30 seconds to the full running time of the song. I’m not looking for professional recordings, but it must be reasonably good quality.
  3. If possible, it should be in one of the following formats: WMV, MOV, MPEG-1 or MPEG-2. If you’re not sure, send it on anyway - we can probably work with it!
  4. Upload your video to yousendit.com and email a link to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) before Tuesday 20th July. Please don’t send your video as an email attachment.
  5. Fi will send your videos on to me and I’ll include as many of them as possible in my new video.
