Happy Holidays! Brian here with a message for you all. I just returned from a fantastic time with Paul and the band in South America playing five shows for about 300,000 brilliant fans and friends.

I was astounded at the energy and love coming back at us from the crowd on these memorable nights. I fell in love with South America while I was there and can’t wait to return. Buenos Aires has asked me to do some solo shows there after the radio and print interviews I did for my new album there and it seems that Brazil wants the same thing! I’d love to make it happen.

I’ve had thousands of new views at YouTube for my new video from new fans in these countries, proving that music transcends language. People everywhere can feel music even if they don’t understand every word. I hope you have a chance to see my spy girls, hotrod cars and Abe Jr. wearing a kilt in my new video for the title track to “This Way Up”, my new album on Sony/ICON.

Live shows and TV events

I’ve had a fantastic year, with features in Guitar Player Magazine, one in Brazil’s Guitar Player and another coming soon in Premier Guitar Magazine.

I’m looking forward to fitting in some solo shows with my hot new band in the new year and will be waiting to hear about Paul’s plans for next year as well. I’m really looking forward to playing the legendary Apollo Theater in NYC and Saturday Night Live soon, the best late night show for music on television in the US.
